yes. when you take them off your nails get really weak and sometimes layers of your nails peel off! it takes a while for them to get back to normal. they're really cute tho!!! so i still wear them =]Do acrylic nails really ruin your nails?
Acrylic nails will only ruin your natural nails if bacteria or some sort of fungus start to grow between the natural nail and the acrylic nail. That could cause permanent damage. It is very important to find a salon that is clean and licensed.

No they do not. But after you take them off- it will take your nails about 2 months to get back to normal.
They dont get all fungisy their lying when you take them off your nails will just be have white marks and depending on the kinda glue they use it can sometimes leave a little dent where the glue was put......so just keep gettn them done and plus after you get them off you just can wear nail polish :] luv ya
Yes, I got them once and my thumb nails are completely warped and bumpy now. Not worth it in my opinion!
Yes, when they sand them down to apply the nails, it damages them. It's not permanent, though.. the nails grow back out eventually.
