I'm looking to learn to use this bold, awesome form of color, but I don't really know where to get started... so... ?Do you recommend acrylic pens, or paints?
paint, with a good set of brushes. The brushes will give you so much more control and all of strokes and you can do all kinds of blending shades better with the paintsDo you recommend acrylic pens, or paints?
